Prequalification Of Construction Firms For Development Proje Tender Notice

Applications are invited for prequalification of PEC registered firms and contractors for construction of villas, TAJ Suites G+3 buildings, TAJ Boulevard Tower comprising two basements and sixteen storeys, and Grand Minaar comprising two basements and fifteen storeys at TAJ Residencia Islamabad. Applicants must provide details of similar projects completed during the last five years, performance reports, progress of ongoing works, assets, personnel, machinery, audited financial statements, GST registration and NTN certificate. Prequalified firms will be issued tender documents for subsequent bidding.
