Procurement Of Poultry Feed And Dairy Feed Fodder Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of poultry feed and dairy feed/fodder for government farms. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Feed and fodder rates shall be quoted on F.O.R. Dairy Farm Konodass and Poultry Farm Basin Gilgit basis. Bid security of 3% of the bid value in the form of call deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Performance guarantee of 10% shall be required from the successful bidder. Delivery period is three weeks after issuance of supply order. Only feed and fodder from registered manufacturing factories will be accepted. Computerized quotations are mandatory and bidders must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Experience and performance in the relevant field shall be considered. Income tax shall be deducted as per government rules.
