Construction And Rehabilitation Of Roads And Bridge Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of bituminous roads under ADP No. 1393/251395 (2025-26) in District Kohistan Upper including PCC roads, shingle roads and bridge construction under three work packages. Works include PCC of Summar Nullah Road, Kafar Sail to Mukhtyarabad Road, Butt Soo to Jalkot Road, construction of shingle roads at Moos to Susak Dong Nallah, Gujjar Banda to Gabbar Seer, Darail to Harban Kot Road, Rar to Kandia Gayal, Tial Dar to Deyonai, Tanda Pani to Harpay Deyoung Supat and construction of Goshali Bridge. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through EPADS. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC Category C-4 registration, C&W Department enlistment, KPRA registration, tax registration and submit technical and financial bids online along with original affidavit, bid security and additional security where applicable in separate sealed envelopes. Technical evaluation shall precede financial bid opening. A non-refundable tender fee equal to 0.05 percent of the estimated cost is mandatory. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 17 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid validity is 90 days and additional security with detailed rate analysis is mandatory for bids below prescribed limits under KPPRA rules.
