Video Conferencing Solution And Printer Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a video conferencing solution together with annual repair and maintenance of printers and toners for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost is required together with original financial instruments submitted before bid opening. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM and opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: This procurement includes video conferencing systems, conferencing equipment, communication technology, printers, toner cartridges, printer maintenance, hardware support and information technology services.
