Procurement Of Miscellaneous Goods Services And Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous goods and services on a framework contract through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a lot-wise basis. The procurement includes hot and cold items, lubricants, stationery, computer stationery, printing of registers and files, transport items, machinery and equipment items, furniture and fixtures, miscellaneous items and maintenance, repair and renovation of buildings. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted lot-wise and accompanied by original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab. Technical bids will be opened on 17th August 2026 at 01:30 PM. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value shall be required from the successful bidder.
