Procurement of printer and photocopier toner cartridges through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities may participate. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System together with online bid security equal to five percent of the estimated cost through the prescribed banking mechanism.
