Supply Of Cooked Food Medicines And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Re-e-bidding through the EPADS system for the supply of cooked food, medicines and miscellaneous items for prisoners of the Internment Centre Fort Slope Bara during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement value is approximately Rs. 4,950,000 and supplies shall be delivered at the main gate of the Internment Centre. Bidding shall be conducted online through EPADS in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules. Only bidders registered with EPADS and KPPRA are eligible. An original CDR equal to 2% of the estimated tender value shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Eligible bidders must possess valid KPPRA registration, FBR NTN, Sales Tax registration and a certificate issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFS&HFA Act, 2014. Successful bidders shall execute the contract and furnish a performance guarantee equal to 8% of the contract value in the form of a bank guarantee. All applicable taxes, including income tax, sales tax, professional tax and stamp duty, shall be paid by the contractor. Supplies shall be accepted only after inspection and satisfactory quality reports. Non-conforming supplies, failure to supply or poor-quality goods may result in procurement at the contractor's risk, forfeiture of bid security and blacklisting.
