Provision Of Sovereign National Ai Infrastructure Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of non-consultancy services for design, deployment, operations and maintenance of Sovereign National AI Infrastructure under the National AI Innovation Hub. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Two Stage Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding with the Quality and Cost Based Selection technique. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Manual submission of bids is not permitted. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 21.09.2026 at 03:00 PM and opened at 03:30 PM on the same day.
