Framework Contracts For Police Supplies Repair And Maintenan Tender Notice
Description
Procure framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27 up to 30-06-2027 including stationery and computer stationery items - printing items - miscellaneous stores comprising beds, boxes, ordinance stores, sports items, tents, tarpaulins, dietary items, flexes, ice, coal, IT equipment, barriers and other miscellaneous items - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - repair and renovation of police buildings - repair of machinery, equipment and office furniture - repair of police vehicles including tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts, filters and lubricants. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids shall be submitted through e-PADS while the hard copy of the bid security instrument shall also be submitted. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid until 30-06-2027. Eligible bidders shall provide Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, Professional Tax and other required certifications. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value, provide samples before issuance of supply orders and deliver supplies within seven days of the supply order.
