Framework Contracts For Medicines Surgical Disposables And B Tender Notice
Description
Procure framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 covering local purchase of day-to-day medicines, surgical disposables and biomedical gases. Eligible bidders shall be financially sound firms, institutional pharmacies or chain pharmacies registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and holding a valid retail drug sale licence. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, and the original instrument shall be submitted one hour before bid opening. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not permitted. Taxes shall be deducted in accordance with applicable government rules.
