Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of civil development works through an open competitive Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative in District Kurram. The works include solarization of community centres, construction of PCC streets with drains, construction of an overhead water tank, construction of a dug well, construction of roads and drainage works. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each scheme shall be uploaded electronically and the original shall be delivered before the closing time. Rates may be quoted above, below or at par with engineer estimates. Online clarification is available until 18-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened at 02:00 PM on the opening date. Eligible bidders must be PEC registered government contractors enlisted with the C&W Department, possess relevant PEC codes and valid KPRA registration for the current financial year.
