Procurement Of Stationery Machinery Transport And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under a framework contract including Stationery Items - Other Miscellaneous Stores - Transport Repair - Machinery and Equipment Purchase and Repair - Lubricants - Printing Items. Sealed bids are invited from experienced and financially sound firms under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall follow the single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders must provide company profile, NTN, Sales Tax, Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority registration certificates. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30.06.2027. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by 3% bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque. Successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance guarantee before contract execution. Electronic bids shall be uploaded by 01:00 PM on 17.08.2026 and opened on the same day at 01:00 PM.
