Description
Framework contract for supply of clinical laboratory supplies including Rapid Diagnostic Kits and Devices - Clinical Laboratory Items including Vials, Racks and Cups - Clinical Laboratory Reagents for Chemistry Analyzer - HbA1c Testing Reagents - Hematology Test Reagents. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST, PST, Professional Tax registration, active taxpayer status, no blacklisting and legal authorization to conduct business in Punjab. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the single stage two envelope procedure. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 31.07.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders shall quote all items within the selected lot otherwise the bid shall be rejected. Bid security equal to 2% of each lot value shall be provided. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on 17.08.2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
