Repair And Maintenance Of Government Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair and maintenance services for government vehicles including engine overhauling, batteries, tyres, tubes, spare parts and related transport repair services for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed quotations are invited from eligible dealers and workshops. Detailed repair specifications and spare parts requirements may be obtained from the office during working hours from the publication date until the quotation opening date upon submission of an application on the dealer's letterhead. Preference shall be given to dealers registered for Sales Tax and holding a valid registration number. Dealers without Sales Tax registration shall be subject to deduction of all applicable taxes from their bills. Interested bidders shall submit earnest money equal to 20% of the total quoted amount in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in the name of the Superintendent of Police Investigation Abbottabad. The successful bidder shall execute a formal agreement on stamp paper and furnish a security deposit equal to 10% of the contract value. Payments shall be made after completion of work, inspection and bill approval. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all quotations under Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules. Any substandard repair work or spare parts shall be replaced or rectified by the contractor at its own cost. Quotations shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on 17.08.2026 and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
