Hiring Of Janitorial Services And Office Stationery Procurem Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial staff and services for Karachi Metropolitan University and procurement of office stationery under separate tenders. Janitorial services shall be procured through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure while office stationery shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Electronic technical and financial bids shall be uploaded through EPADS with separate sealed hard copies, original bid security and tender fee submitted before the submission deadline. Tender fee is PKR 3,000 for each tender. Bid security is PKR 900,000 for janitorial services and PKR 200,000 for office stationery. Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN and SRB registration and submit an affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted. Contracts are for 12 months and may be extended.
