Procurement Of Laboratory Equipment Materials And Facility Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous gases - manufacturing of lead shielded stainless steel container for storage of molybdenum residue filters - dispensing system - borosilicate Type-I glass vials with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps - control room revolving chairs - tables - air conditioners - GMP grade 30 ml glass vials with rubber stoppers and aluminum caps. Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Bidding shall follow Single Stage One Envelope or Single Stage Two Envelope procedures as specified for each procurement item. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required through bank draft or pay order and cash is not acceptable. Tender must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total order value inclusive of GST. Tender validity shall remain 60 days from the date of opening. Payment shall be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available through written request on the firm's letterhead.
