Procurement Of Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items under three separate lots comprising stationery and printed items, general stationery items and paper reams. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities and active tax filer status may participate. Separate electronic bids shall be submitted for each lot together with online bid security equal to 2% of the estimated lot value through the prescribed e-Procurement procedure. Prices shall remain valid for 90 days and may be extended by 30 days. Tender documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and the university website. Bids submitted through any means other than the Punjab e-Procurement System shall not be accepted. Evaluation shall be conducted lot-wise under Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, printed stationery, paper reams, educational supplies, office consumables, printing materials and institutional stationery procurement.
