Framework Contract For Medicines Surgical Laboratory And Hos Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 for local purchase medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory items, general store items, X-ray and radiology items, printing items and dental material. Procurement is open to manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and eligible firms from District Jhelum in accordance with applicable local purchase guidelines. Estimated package values range from PKR 1 million to PKR 10 million with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value for each package. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Open Competitive Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted electronically only and no manual or physical financial instruments shall be accepted. Bidders shall provide valid NTN, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration where applicable. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at the scheduled time. The same rate contract shall also apply to Zakat-funded purchases during the contract period.
