Engineering Consultancy Services For Government Girls Degree Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an engineering consulting firm for design vetting and supervision services for the establishment of Government Girls Degree College at Batkhela under Provincial ADP No. 829/250289 (2026-27). Consultancy shall be procured through EPADS using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method. Shortlisted consulting firms shall submit comprehensive technical and financial proposals in English through EPADS. Consultancy charges are estimated at Rs. 9.700 million. Firms or joint ventures must be registered with FBR and KPRA. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 06-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. RFP documents and Terms of Reference are available from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. Pro Tip: The consultancy includes engineering design review, design vetting, construction supervision, project management, quality assurance, contract administration, site supervision and educational infrastructure consultancy services.
