Description
Construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes including road berm leveling and grading - fixing of tough tiles - construction of secondary manholes and drains - secondary drains and sewers under the specified development scheme. Electronic bidding shall follow the Single Stage Double Envelope procedure. Financial bids shall be submitted before the closing time with the required call deposit as bid security. If quoted rates are more than 20% below the estimate, a sealed rate analysis shall also be included in the financial proposal. Bids must be uploaded on the EPADS system and physical bid documents including CDR and rate analysis where applicable shall also be submitted through courier. Failure to upload or submit the required physical documents shall result in rejection or debarment in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Bid solicitation documents may be obtained from the concerned office or the EPADS system. All other terms and conditions shall be governed by KPPPRA rules, PEC, Standard Bidding Documents and other relevant laws.
