Provision Of Food Commodities Including Firewood For Hostel Tender Notice
Description
Supply of food commodities, food items and firewood for visually impaired and hearing impaired boys and girls residing in the hostel for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System using electronic bidding under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes. Income tax, sales tax and required registration documents must accompany the technical bid. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be deposited electronically through 1Link against generated PSID and performance guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be deposited by the successful bidder. E-bids will be opened online at 11:00 AM on the same day after submission. Estimated cost is approximately Rs.15.0 million.
