Supply Of Hospital Food Medicines And Sanitary Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for the financial year 2026-27 includes - patient ration - medicines - surgical items - sanitary items - medical gases - medical kits and related hospital supplies. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Call Deposit. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms may be obtained from the Central Store during office hours upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable tender fee. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the scheduled dates and times in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late bids shall not be entertained. Participating firms must provide the required affidavit confirming that they are not blacklisted by any Government of Pakistan or Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir department. Applicable taxes shall be deducted in accordance with law. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable AJK PPRA Rules. Evaluation Report and Award of Contract shall be uploaded on the AJK PPRA website.
