Execution of smaller special repair works in multiple lots including - revamping of operation urban subdivision Talagang - revamping of operation subdivision Jatli - revamping of XEN operation division Talagang - revamping of operation rural subdivision Talagang - revamping of operation subdivision Daultala - special repair and maintenance of bungalow at 132 KV Grid Station H-8 Islamabad - construction of Civil Line Complaint Office at IESCO Complex Marrir Hassan Rawalpindi - revamping of Revenue Officer office under Operation Division Westridge Rawalpindi - special repair and maintenance of office building Westridge Division Rawalpindi - special repair and maintenance of bungalow at IESCO Residential Colony H-8 Islamabad - revamping of SDO Dina-1 office - revamping of XEN SS&TL Division office at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - revamping of SDO Civil Line and SDO Urban offices at 132 KV Grid Station Jhelum - repair of bungalow at IESCO Colony G-7/4 Islamabad. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on a lot-wise basis under National Competitive Bidding. Electronic bidding documents are available on EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or CDR together with the original before bid closing. Earnest money shall be 4% of the estimated cost. Successful bidders shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of the contract price before signing the agreement. Contractors must possess Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewed for 2025-26 with minimum Category C-6 and CE-10 specialization, active FBR and PRA registration, relevant completion certificates, fresh bank balance up to 50% of estimated cost and required experience. Where the quoted bid is more than 10% below the NIT amount, additional performance security equal to the prescribed difference is mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day and PPRA electronic bidding rules shall apply.
