Description
Framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 includes procurement of stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, other store items, entertainment and gifts, hardware, software, IT equipment, plant and machinery, and furniture and fixtures. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the e-procurement portal. Separate bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted through the Bank of Punjab in the prescribed form and the original instrument must be delivered before the submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
