Framework Contract For Air Conditioners Freezers And Plastic Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 includes procurement of four-ton cabinet type floor mounted air conditioners, blue prime plastic pallets, double door deep freezers and dehumidifiers. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Separate technical and financial bids are required. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value shall be submitted through the Bank of Punjab in the prescribed form together with electronic bid security through PSID. Original bid security must be delivered before the e-bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
