Framework Contract For Office Supplies Equipment And Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Procure goods, services and repair or maintenance works under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 including stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication materials, store items, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, dietary and meal items, electronic items, electrical items, sanitary supplies, cleaning materials, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, furniture, fixtures, vehicle spare parts, transport repair, machinery repair, equipment repair, office and residential building repair, renovation and maintenance. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and opened at 1200 hours on the same day. Performance guarantee of 3% of the contract price is required from successful bidders.
