Prequalification Of Repair And Maintenance Service Providers Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms and vendors for repair and maintenance services including official vehicles of different makes, computer systems, laptops, printers, LCD and LED displays, network switches, servers, generators, motors, paper shredders, split air conditioners, fans, machinery, electronic items, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, tables, metal almirahs, file cabinets and roller blinds or curtains for the financial year 2026-2027. Firms must be registered with EPADS and submit required documentary evidence and affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and absence of litigation. Prequalification shall be submitted through EPADS. Hard copies will also be accepted. Opening will take place at 1130 hours. Pro Tip: This prequalification covers maintenance contractors, vehicle workshops, IT equipment maintenance, hardware repair, generator maintenance, HVAC servicing, furniture repair and facility maintenance services for government operations.
