Procurement Of Polythene Bags Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 6 x 5 inch polythene bags under an annual framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using single stage two envelope procedure. Registered firms, manufacturers, suppliers and dealers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax, where applicable, shall submit electronic bids. Bid security of Rs. 316,800 equal to 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 15,840,000 shall accompany the bid. Sample submission is mandatory and only technically qualified firms shall have their financial bids opened. Supplies shall be delivered to the Horticulture Agency head office. The procuring agency may increase or decrease the quantity by up to 15%. Pro Tip: This procurement includes nursery polythene bags, planting bags, horticultural packaging, agricultural polythene bags, plant nursery supplies and landscape consumables under a framework contract.
