Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory items and materials - X-ray films - medical gases - blood bank materials and items - dental materials - printing and stationery - paper reams and thermal rolls for hospital use. Procurement shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders shall be registered on EPADS before participation. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each package shall be submitted in the form of original CDR to the office of the Medical Superintendent or through the online system before the closing time. Electronic bids received within the prescribed time shall be opened on the same day. Estimated package values include Rs. 11.0 million for laboratory items and materials, Rs. 2.0 million for X-ray films, Rs. 20.0 million for medical gases, Rs. 3.4 million for blood bank materials, Rs. 2.0 million for dental materials, Rs. 1.5 million for printing and stationery and Rs. 2.0 million for paper reams and thermal rolls.
