Repair Of Fountain Chowk And Municipal Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Development works comprising repair of Fountain Chowk Lahore Road and annual framework contracts for rehabilitation of sullage carriers, drains, gully gratings, sewer lines, brick work, brick walls, flooring, construction of culverts and RCC slabs under the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Burewala. Eligible contractors and firms duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27, wherever applicable, shall submit electronic bids only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted only through a Digital Bank Guarantee via SWIFT MT760 using the generated PSID. Physical bid securities shall not be accepted. Performance security of 10% of the contract price shall be furnished through SWIFT MT760 after award. Financial bids shall contain item-wise unit rates and totals. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Electronic bids will be opened at 1:30 PM on the closing date.
