Procurement Of Dietary Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items under framework contract including wheat products - pulses - rice - sugar - cooking oil - loose spices and packed items - bakery items including bread - eggs - chicken - mutton - beef or veal - fresh milk - vegetables and fruits. Experienced and financially sound enterprises registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax, where applicable, shall submit technical and financial bids through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal using single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 1% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-15 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the closing date. Participation through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal is compulsory. Pro Tip: This procurement includes institutional food supplies, groceries, wheat products, pulses, rice, edible oil, spices, bakery products, dairy products, poultry, meat, vegetables and fresh fruits under a framework contract for educational institutions.
