Procurement Of Tyres For College Buses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of tyres for college buses under single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Registered Income Tax and Sales Tax paying firms shall submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Estimated procurement amount is Rs. 610,400. Earnest money of Rs. 30,520 equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of the Principal before opening of e-bids. Only electronic bids shall be accepted. Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents shall accompany the bids. Bid opening will be held at 11:00 AM on the closing date. Pro Tip: This procurement covers bus tyres, commercial vehicle tyres, heavy duty tyres, radial tyres, transport fleet tyres and automotive tyre replacement supplies through electronic procurement.
