Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication items, other store items, beds and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, dietary and meal items, electronic, electrical, sanitary and cleaning items, plant and machinery, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, furniture and fixtures, government vehicle spare parts, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware equipment and office, residential and other building repair and maintenance works. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System with bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract price.
