Procurement Of Stationery Pol And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items, miscellaneous items, lubricants, POL charges, transport items and repair or replacement of transport items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids shall be submitted lot-wise through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Each bid shall contain a single package comprising Technical and Financial proposals. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each lot shall be submitted separately and performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value shall be provided by the successful bidder. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bid opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement covers office stationery, lubricants, petroleum products, transport maintenance, vehicle repair, miscellaneous supplies and framework purchasing for authorized suppliers and maintenance contractors.
