Description
Procurement of steel wire rope flexible on an as and when required basis for PMDC Collieries Sor Range, Quetta. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS v2.0 together with the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit or Demand Draft. Original bid security shall be submitted before the online submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be opened on the same day.
