Description
Procurement includes supply of stainless steel pipe, low carbon ferro chrome, moulds, top pouring stool plates, frequency inverter, bottom plates, ceramic fiber blanket, alumina silica blanket, festoon system with C channel and trolleys, inner nozzles, discharge nozzles, fire clay, Microtherm slatted panels, two stage vertical ladle heater for 15 ton vacuum ladle, slide gate sand, high alumina cement CA-50 and high alumina cement SECAR-51. Offers shall be submitted on F.O.R. basis or F.O.R. / CFR basis as specified for each item. Tender documents containing specifications and terms and conditions may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.500 per tender, with an additional Rs.100 for courier delivery where required. Bids shall be submitted by 15:00 hours and opened at 15:30 hours on the respective submission date. This procurement covers industrial raw materials, refractory products, metallurgical consumables, steel plant equipment, process components, electrical equipment and material handling systems supporting steel manufacturing and production operations using standard commercial supply arrangements.
