Registration Of Vendors For Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Registration of fresh vendors for day to day local purchase of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices including local, multinational and imported products through the Online Automated Local Purchase (LPDD) System deployed by the Punjab Information Technology Board. Vendors must possess an operational licensed pharmacy within a maximum radius of 10 km from the hospital, have active taxpayer status, and demonstrate technical, managerial and financial capability. E-bids shall be submitted through the Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). A performance guarantee of PKR 50,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque shall accompany the technical proposal. Original performance guarantee shall be submitted before bid opening. Registration is intended for new vendors to promote healthy competition. Bids shall be submitted by 10:30 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. This procurement supports continuous hospital pharmaceutical supply, medical consumables, surgical products, healthcare procurement and automated local purchasing for patient care services.
