Procurement Of Software Licenses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Teams, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, Office 365 E3 with Teams and Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams under separate lots. Bidding shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Separate electronic bids shall be submitted for each lot. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order and attached with the technical bid in PDF format, while the original instrument shall be delivered before bid opening. Bids shall be submitted online by 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.
