Prequalification For Veterinary Medicines Dewormers And Chem Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for procurement of veterinary medicines, dewormers and chemicals under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 with an estimated procurement value of PKR 3,700 million, including PKR 2,700 million for veterinary medicines and PKR 1,000 million for dewormers. Applications shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Applicants shall provide registration details, manufacturing or distribution licences, DRAP registration where applicable, affidavits regarding non-blacklisting, truthfulness, non-bank default and acceptance of terms, supply experience, product lists, technical literature, NTN, STRN, income tax returns, sales tax returns, bank statements, GMP certificate where applicable, quality management certification, company SOPs, staff details and proof of PPRA e-Procurement registration. Only one application per bidder shall be accepted. Complete prequalification documents shall be uploaded online only. Late, incomplete or physical submissions shall not be entertained. Queries and grievances shall be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prequalification documents shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Only successfully prequalified firms shall be eligible for the subsequent framework contract procurement process.
