Transport Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of transport repair services for vehicles, tractors and motorcycles for the financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from authorized distributors and suppliers registered with the Income Tax Department. Procurement shall follow the single stage two envelope procedure under Gilgit-Baltistan PPRA Rules. Tender documents shall be obtained upon written application with payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000. Bids shall include demand draft earnest money, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting, proof of minimum five years relevant experience and ownership of a workshop. Successful contractor shall provide repair services until 30 June 2027. Computer typed quotations only shall be accepted.
