Prequalification Of Relief Goods And Disaster Response Suppl Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of authorized dealers, distributors, wholesalers, stockists and general order suppliers for supply of standardized relief goods and disaster response equipment including food hampers, ration bags, drinking water, wheat flour, rice, cooked food, transportation services, tents, tentage, rented vehicles, rented buildings, mats, temporary toilets, hygienic items, generators, electrical accessories, flood relief camp supplies, fodder and animal feed for flood affected persons. Technical proposal for each lot shall include a bank draft of Rs.500 while financial proposal shall include earnest money of Rs.20,000,000 for the initial lot with additional security for subsequent lots. Only prequalified firms will be invited to submit financial proposals. Applications shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and technical bids shall be opened thirty minutes after closing time.
