Supply Of Patient Ration And Lpg Gas Tender Notice
Description
Supply of fresh and dry ration for patients and LPG gas for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate sealed technical and financial proposals clearly marked on the envelopes. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids shall be submitted by 10:00 AM on the closing date and opened at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only bidders qualifying in the technical evaluation shall proceed to further evaluation. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favour of the Commandant Medical Superintendent is mandatory, amounting to Rs. 500,000 for patient ration and Rs. 50,000 for LPG gas. Bidders shall submit an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any Government of Pakistan or Azad Jammu and Kashmir department or semi-government organization. Rates for LPG gas shall be quoted per kilogram while ration items shall be quoted per litre or kilogram as applicable. Successful bidders shall supply the items at the approved rates up to 30 June 2027. Applicable taxes shall be deducted at source. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance under AJK PPRA Rules.
