Supply Of School Furniture Raw Materials And Transportation Tender Notice
Description
Supply of raw materials required for the manufacturing of school furniture including tablet chair wooden components, teacher chair seat and back sets, arms for teacher chairs, MS square pipes, welding rods, grinding discs, steel screws, rubber shoes, silver powder coating material and transportation services including loading and unloading of finished furniture to 494 schools in District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically through EPADS. Interested suppliers, firms, contractors and companies having valid NTN and GST registration and EPADS registration are eligible to participate. Detailed bidding documents and BOQ may be downloaded from the EPADS portal. Original bid security equal to 2% of the bid price for each item in the form of CDR in favour of Manager, FDC Saw Mill, Mansehra must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes together with an affidavit regarding the original CDR before the closing date and time. Bids must be duly stamped and signed by an authorized representative before uploading on EPADS. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including free delivery to FDC Saw Mill Mansehra. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids shall not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the closing date. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
