Construction And Solarization Of Irrigation Tube Wells Tender Notice

Description

Construction of solar based irrigation tube wells and solarization of existing electricity tube wells under the project Construction of Solar Based Irrigation Tube Wells and Solarization of Existing Electricity Tube Wells in Merged Districts on need basis (2025-26). The works include installation of new solar powered irrigation tube wells and conversion of existing electric irrigation tube wells to solar energy at multiple locations in North Waziristan, Bannu and Lakki areas. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding procedure on EPADS using the Above/Below system based on MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual). Eligible contractors must possess relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration in CE-04 and/or EE-11 categories and valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, while additional security shall apply for bids quoted more than 10% below the Engineer's estimate in accordance with KPPRA notifications. Original Call Deposit Receipts and required documents shall be submitted before the bid closing time. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 12-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Assistant Engineer, Irrigation Sub Division Wazir Bannu. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by the prescribed closing date and opened at 12:30 PM. The defect liability period is two years for all allied accessories, while solar panels shall carry a twenty-year warranty from the date of commissioning. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
