Procurement Of Medicines Medical Supplies And Diet Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of bulk drugs and medicines - petty article items - miscellaneous consumables - life saving medical supplies including oxygen gas and diet services for indoor patients for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under SPPRA Rules 2010. Eligible bidders shall be contractors, firms, suppliers, manufacturers, sole agents and distributors registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, registered with Sindh Revenue Board where applicable and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent or downloaded from the SPPRA and EPAD systems upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2500 for each tender. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by 2% refundable earnest money in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee. Bids shall be submitted by 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity shall remain 90 days from the opening date.
