Procurement Of Consumable Items And Office Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consumable items including vehicle spare parts - lubricants - vehicle repair and maintenance services - office supplies - miscellaneous items - HP printer toners and stationery items under the Economic Transformation Initiative for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible authorized distributors, suppliers, dealers and service providers may obtain bidding documents free of cost during office hours. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents by 11:00 AM and opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids shall be accompanied by a refundable bid security equal to 3% of the bid price in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Procurement shall follow PPRA and IFAD Project Procurement Handbook procedures.
