Procurement of goods, services and works for the financial year 2026-27 including local purchase of emergency medicines - surgical disposables and medicines - vaccines and biologicals - dialysis items - dental items - laboratory and blood bank reagents and chemicals - medical gases and allied items - canteen monthly rent services - furniture and fixtures - electrical and plumbing items - contingency items - medical instruments and equipment - information technology equipment - X-ray films - stationery items - bedding and clothing items - ECG and ultrasound accessories and services - printing and publication. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the procuring agency during working hours or downloaded from the e-PADS portal. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS, while a hard copy containing the original Call Deposit Receipt for bid security shall reach the office by 11:00 AM on 22-08-2026 through Registered Post or GPO. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids shall be prepared on the original letterhead, duly signed and stamped, with rates quoted in both figures and words. Handwritten, overwritten or unauthenticated corrections may lead to rejection. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted according to the amount specified for each item. For serial numbers 1 to 4, bidders must possess a valid Category-A Drug Sale License. Separate bids shall be submitted for each item or service. Successful bidders shall execute a contract agreement on the prescribed judicial e-stamp paper. Contract rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 or until the award of a subsequent contract.
