Local Purchase Of Medicines And Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Registration of vendors and procurement of medicines, medical devices and related healthcare items for local day to day purchases during the financial year 2026-27 through the online PITB Electronic Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted through open competitive bidding in accordance with applicable procurement rules. Eligible bidders shall be licensed pharmacies possessing established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Interested bidders shall download the bidding documents online and submit bids electronically through the E-PAD portal. Technical bids shall include the company profile, technical, engineering and managerial capabilities, after sales services, past experience, performance and other required information. Bids received after the prescribed date and time shall not be entertained. Bid opening shall take place at 10:30 AM in the presence of participating bidders or their representatives. An original bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted before or on the technical bid opening date and a copy shall be attached with the bid, failing which the bid shall be rejected. All applicable taxes shall apply, bidders should upload only one offer representing the best value for money, and if the opening day is declared a public holiday the bids shall be opened on the next working day.
