Framework Contract For Office Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, printing and publication, conference and seminar services, uniforms and protective clothing, cost of other stores, exhibition and fair arrangements, computer stationery, miscellaneous items and entertainment and gifts. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted before 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value for each category shall accompany the bids. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
