Supply And Installation Of Upvc Pipes Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of 3 inch diameter UPVC pipes in District Mastung under the BSDI Program for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders shall possess Active Taxpayer status, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the prescribed categories, required experience, financial capacity and audit reports. Bids shall be accompanied by refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee and the prescribed non-refundable tender fee through EPPS challan. Tender documents shall be available from publication until 24-08-2026. Bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 12:00 PM on the same day.
